Thanks for dropping by Missy.  The train looks wonderful!  I would love to bite into those strawberry crepes.  I noticed in the 12 things to remember that the last one was finally quoted CORRECTLY!  It's written backwards so often that no one remembers the correct order of the words.  So I see we have a long term ex-smoker to celebrate today.

Wow, 7 years! I can't believe it has been that long. But at the same time, it seems like just yesterday. 

Quitting smoking was easily the best decision I have ever made in my life, and while it wasn't easy, with the help of this community I made it to my New Normal. 

And here's the fun part -- this is so much my New Normal now that I didn't even know today was my quit anniversary! I only know because I got the email notification of this blog. 

Life is so much better on this side. I know that all of you newer quitters will get here too, one day at a time. 

Congrats everyone on your journeys to freedom -- feels good, doesn't it?!
