I quit traditional cigarettes YEARS ago (around 23yo) cold turkey. But when vaping came about I tried it and fell back into the habit far deeper than when I’d smoked previously. Smoking carried multiple and immediate negative consequences; it made you and everything around you stink, it was messy, expensive, and it gave me sinus infections. Vaping, unfortunately, doesn’t carry any of those negatives. It’s even more affordable than smoking! So quitting this has been far harder than when I faced it before.
