I'm a 55 year old mom of 23 year old quadruplets, and I have 5 grandchildren, one who is 5 years old and lives with me. I'm having panic attacks out of the blue every morning and I'm diabetic. I think the cigarettes have contributed to both, so I'm happy to be quitting smoking.
