I'm 39 and I smoked my first 'Kool' at age 17. I did quit for a couple years in my late 20's, but started again, almost out of boredom, sadly. I developed this disgusting Smoker's Cough about 6 months ago and swore I'd quit immediately. But six months later, here I am smoking through that gross cough like an 80 year old. I turn 40 the end of January and I want my new non-smoking habit to be well-established by then. So my quit date is in 4 days, on December 19th, 2018. I've been going to Smoking Cessation counselling through my local hospital and I'm equipped with Nicorette. I WILL be an EX!
