I’ve been smoking over 35 years. I don’t remember what it was like before I started smoking at about 14-15 years old. I’m afraid and know that better health is on the other side of quitting. I feel like I’m playing Russian Roulette with the life God has given me. I know that I have to stop, but I’m afraid of the withdrawal.
