So even though I know probably as much if not maybe a tiny bit less than an addiction counselor about nicotine only...I kept going back and forth back and forth. Finally decided to take a break for a couple days to push a lot of stress out of the way that way today I could concentrate on working out and quitting. A couple people I know said I was weak and that stress isn't just magically going to disappear. I know this but I also know how I can quit and in the beginning, I can't STAND NOR TOLERATE much stress at all. So far been smoke free for 13 hours so I won't complain........what I will complain about is this new training lol not stressfull at all just long. It helps me pass the time.
