Give and get support around quitting

JohnnyPamcakes Nicotine Free Vision

When I see myself after quitting, I see someone who has conquered a huge challenge. I see someone strong and happy who has found a new way to live.

I breathe better. I move more easily. I play with my dog a lot more. I am saving money and spend time on new hobbies. Food tastes better and I’m making healthy meals for myself and my family.

I am proud of myself. I’m thankful for the extra time I have to spend with my family and friends because I quit.

HI and Welcome to Ex’s JohnnyPamcakes

I am glad you found us...It is good that you blogged the positive outcome of quitting...you can refer to it often through your journey quit.  Might I suggest, you read at My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX  There you will make a quit date and plan for the day like no other.  Make sure you read the blogs/posts etc., and keep close to the support site for help.  You can do this...there are thousands of example here at Ex’s...~ Colleen 715 DOF

Welcome to EX, you will have all kinds of support here and will learn how to keep your quit strong.  Remember that it gets easier as you put time between you and your last cigarette.

I came here every morning and every evening when I first quit, there were also times when I came here in between just for an extra dose of EX.

Welcome to  the Ex.  Envisioning those positive outcomes is a great beginning.  Have you picked a quit date?   Educate yourself about nicotine addiction and create a quit plan.  These two steps will help you to be successful.  We're here to support you.  Just reach out if you need encouragement and want to share your journey.
