Give and get support around quitting

Anyone currently on Weight Watchers?

If we thought moving to Jive was challenging, you should see me trying to understand how the new online

WW works.

So here, is there anyone out there currently on the online version?

They have someone who can answer you 24/7, but the first thing I got was to go read the WW 101, which I had already, still can't figure out how to write a blog.

Just wanted to introduce myself and my goals, still can't find how

So I came here, to say hi to my friends who I know can see me and answer me if I ask a question...

Eventually I will figure out how WW works, and hey, I walked 30 minutes today, yay!

Thinking jealously of those of you going to the reunion, hubby lost his temp job again, so it was really not in the books for me this year.

But like Pops says I am rocking 422 DOF, and I am not smoking over not knowing how to operate on WW online!

Oh Daniela help.

I physically joined WW last year October and lost 10 Kg in 5 months.  Very slow but steady. Then from March when the surgery date was set, my weight stuck at exactly the same.  Didn't worry me coz I knew I was still doing everything right.  When I was discharged after 5 days, I had gained FIVE KILOGRAMS.  That's just not possible.  I ate a full good nutritious breakfast every day.  Walked the corridors for practise and exercise 4x a day.  Chicken salad for lunch.  Fruit "platter" for dinner (fruit "tiny plate").  Twice I had the jelly & custard.  One slice toast every morning with b/fast.  My son in law bought me a small bar of Aero Choc.  That's it!!  Can you tell I'm in the habit of keeping a food diary now?

Problem is I can't get to my weekly class now for 8 weeks - long steep ramp - doctor forbids it.

So I've been wondering about online but can't find them.  Ggggrrrr.

Of course being 5Kg up has made me throw my hands in the air and I'm only concentrating on pain relief, walking and staying quit.  Eating plan OUT THE WINDOW.

Can you guide me to online WW?  Don't know why I'm having such a tough time connecting?!

Regards

Bree

Dear Bree, I have been an online member several times, here is where you can sign up, you'll find is way cheaper than to attend the meetings, the other thing was, I did not like to "expose" my eating habits for all to hear

https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/

There are 3 plans, I selected the cheaper for 3 months to see how I do...well I gained 1.5 pound the first week

Granted I had ice cream and chocolate yesterday, plus a bunch of dates, even my BG was very high this morning.  The second day on the plan I had to change the menu because of mom, so I dropped doing any counting last week.

Let me know if you can sign up, I know even if the address says "u"s that the plan I elected is the international plan.

Please take care of your health first, and let me know if I can help in any other way.

Hugs

Daniela,

I don't know anything about WW but I would think they would have some contact person who could lead you through the process.

I am so sorry that your husband lost his temp job again, I know you have so much on your plate.

Love you dear lady,

Ellen

freeneasy‌, what do you know about our struggles???  If you are blessed with a high running metabolism, quitting smoking was not an issue for your weight!!!  If I were not on WW I would invite you to our home, and I bet I can fatten you up in one good month!

With stuff like the below, what do you say?
