Give and get support around quitting
I am having serious cravings that have lasted about 45 minutes now and I don’t want to cave.
How are you doing now? Did you find something to finally get your mind off it? I know sometimes it's so hard to get out of our own heads!
Thinking of you, it's not easy but you made the right decision coming here...a shower is a great crave breaker. Get lemons and have them in the house, that was enough for me, I never actually bit into one because it grossed me out to think of the rind stuck in my teeth. Do whatever physical thing you can do, dance, jump up and down, walk...I was really limited because I was very sick when I quit and all I could do was to TRY to breathe. I did eat Sour Patch Kids because they distracted me for a while, I have heard of some people just shaking their heads back and forth. It WILL pass, it is not an order to smoke, no crave ever killed anyone...no one can say that about smoking. Keep telling yourself how proud you are to be doing this.

It's a new day, hope you are not struggling. Keep busy, put all of the suggestions into action. It WILL get easier, it just SEEMS endless at the beginning.
