And so you came to Ex to fight the urge! Good work! Quitting can be so messy early on for some of us--so you are not alone. But getting past the urge to smoke is so important. This is how you learn to let go. Then it gets easier the more urges you get through--but it's all done one day at a time.
Congratulations on 6. You did it. You had your reasons. Take heart, get busy doing something you like to do even if it takes your attention for only a little bit of time. Walk, talk to yourself, talk to Ex, watch TV--whatever it takes--keep working your quit.
