Give and get support around quitting
Mark thanks for reminding me that it’s been a year, I wish I could say I don’t think about it but the truth is not smoking is fine for me and when I see someone smoking these days I can’t help but feel a little sorry for the. It’s not from a superiority thing it’s just that I know what a nasty insidious little beast nicotine really is. I can’t say it enough, the only way to battle it is to not invite any form of it in. When I see people vaping I wonder how long before they are picking up cigarettes... anyway I’ll get off my soap box and I’m just happy to be quit and enjoying my health again!
wishing you all well,
michael
Great to hear about your One Year Milestone! Welcome to the /blogs/Giulia-blog/2017/06/18/elders-list-ao-december-7-2016?sr=search&searchId=6aad6611-0995-4f28-a... And stay on that soap box. It's helpful! Without us all preaching, there might not be as many converts. Hope you celebrated in a special way. It's a real special occasion. Kudos!

Congrats to you on one year!
Here's your key to the 6% Club (statistics say only about 6% of people who quit smoking are still quit at the end of a year)! You are now officially an ELDER!
CONGRATULATIONS!
Nancy
Congrats on the one year. I have mixed feeling when I see smokers smoking. My thoughts toward vaping people range from feeling sorry and wondering why they bother. One reason I never vaped is because of the size of the device and all the stuff you gotta do to get it just right. I'm kind of glad I wasn't willing to address that learning curve.
But I digress - this is YOUR celebration and I look forward to getting to a year one day too. Bravo!
At least we didn't have to do it with the cone of shame.
