There are less editing options if you reply from the Inbox.  If you are on the site  in the actual thread, the insert video should appear in most cases. There have been a few times that the video insertion service has had some trouble but that has been a little while and when it happens it is only temporary.

JonesCarpeDiem‌ I'm not sure why the post went into moderation.  It's automated and for some reason flags were set off. 

I am the Community Manager and Moderator.  I check into the community 365 days a year except when I am on vacation and someone else on the EX Team takes over(who am I kidding I check in even when I'm on vacation). I check my phone periodically throughout the day on the weekends and release things when I see them. We really don't have much need for moderation but we do have a need for spam prevention.  It's a delicate thing.  Actually on Friday we had some registrations that were from spammers but I was able to get their accounts turned off before they could even post anything.

This is a free site and we don't have enough spam or things that need moderation so it's unlikely we'll have someone constantly monitoring things on the weekend.

Looks like it was Saturday at 5:06am Central that I received a notification that it was flagged. Not sure when I approved it exactly as Saturday was a particularly busy day and there were a lot of notifications to read through from Friday evening through Saturday morning.
