I've been smoke free 2 months.

I've been almost 2 months of smoke free. As of October 6th, 2017. In my 2 months of being smoke free I've been walking around breathing better. My clothes and hair don't stank anymore. I'm happy to say that I am blessed to be smoke free.

Torrell_87  WOW, congratulations on two months of freedom, I agree with JACKIE1-25-15‌ that you are in the right place to protect and grow your quit here.  Keeping a quit is all about education, support, and commitment.  I am really impressed that you have already been quit for two months and I must admit that I am curious about what you have been doing...are you using any medications?  Any other support sites?  You are clearly committed to being an EX-smoker and that's great.  Keep growing that quit and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.

Welcome to EX,

Ellen

Yes I do use the nicotine patches. Some days I do have the urge to smoke. But I don't fall back into the world of smoking. When I have the urge to smoke I just remind myself of all the times that I have trouble breathing sitting up and laying down. And tell myself that I don't want to go back to that lifestyle.
