Made this little 2 foot diameter rug for my pastor's dog to lay on. I hope she takes to it. Whenever I have braided a new rug my dogs always have to check it out by sitting on it and I have a couple on the floor of my bedroom that my pups use. Usually I make them a little bigger but Pastor's dog, called LittleLittle is a chihuahua, so this one will be more her size.

Finished this crochet project yesterday. I tried using a different sized granny square this time and I think it fits better. I still haven't perfected sweaters, but I am getting better at it. My brother cut off my head in the pic so the sweater would be the focal point rather than my face.

I viewed this project as my quit-smoking project. It is the one that was with me through the first three weeks on a daily basis and kept my hands out of trouble as I faced those earliest of the early days, complete with all the withdrawal issues. I just finished it today. It isn't perfect, something is going on with the collar that needs to be fixed, but I am not quite sure what to do--maybe another round and decrease quite a bit. The colors cheered me up through the tough times and when I wear it I am sure I will always remember it is the product of my journey to freedom. And it never had to deal with the stink that comes with cigarette smoking!! Onward to more smoke-free projects!!

Finishished this the other day but didn't weave the ends in yet because I was wondering if I should take it apart and just make a blanket. I made it for a friend of mine but am not totally happy with how it turned out. But, surprise, my friend loves it so I will be tucking in the loose ends this week and she can have it!!
