How do I see how many cigarettes I've avoided?

Hover over any members username, including your own and then click on the  icon to visit My Quit Stats to see the quit date, how much time has elapsed since or until the person's quit date and then how many cigarettes they've avoided or will smoke between now and their future quit date.

You can also click the member's username and go to their profile and then locate the My Quit Stats tab on their profile to see their stats.
