Be uplifted. Change your focus from the sad and sorry, the hurtful and the hurted. Spend half and hour watching this beautiful heart in action. Then watch your spirit soar. We need more of this in our lives and less of the material that draws us to our lowest, darkest levels. The world could be such an amazingly loving place if our souls were provided nourishment by the things we saw on television, on the internet, in movies, music we listened to, artwork we viewed. The power of the media and the internet could transform lives for the better, rather than for the worse, could instill loving values rather than hateful ones. Perhaps that's just part of our spiritual growing process.
