It has to be an automated thing...they all say the account is deactivated but apparently it can still post.

Nope they can't post if they're deactivated.

Mark‌ Seriously, it SAID account deactivated next to every post.  I did not want to click on the posts, I right clicked on the name and that was what it said, there were many in a row.

Yeah I've been working to get them all deactivated and their posts removed.  You might have looked at them between the point they were deactivated and the content removed.

No need to create a new post to alert me.  You can click to view the post and then click Actions > Report Abuse.  This will send me a notification. I can see who is posting it and take the appropriate action from there.
