I'm at work and it's pouring down rain.  I looked out my office window and realized I don't have to go stand in the rain to smoke. What a nice feeling  !

Raining in WA state, no big secret it always rains here! But today I'm not going to go to my back porch to listen to it because I don't smoke anymore!!

Not raining at the moment - more coming. But the wind has kicked up and it's a bit chilly out there! Another good thing about not needing to step outside for a smoke!!

Everyday is a good day smokefree.  I am in VA.  We have a severe thunderstorm watch.  60 miles out we have had tornado watches.  Heavy rain has come and the sun is shining.  Just like quitting smoking brings in the sunshine whether it is raining stormy or cloudy.   Sunshine within TerrieQuit‌ she has the most around here.  lol
