So very true...it is not quitting that causes our problems, it is the smoke screen we created around ourselves that blocked our vision.  Smoke gets in your eyes as well as your brain.

This thought is so true Dale. We smoked for sometimes 40+ years.....yet, we expect "quitting" to take place in five days! Then, we say quitting is terrible. No----the addiction is terrible. GET RID OF IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!

Thanks Dale, you are 100 % right the only way out is through and once we get through then we can reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker.
