I feel like this site is very helpful, but I'm wondering if there is a live chat, like when I need to talk to someone, is anyone actually there right then? I just find it a little confusion to navigate this site. I'm usually pretty computer savvy...? Thanku Danielle

Fairly new here too!  There is no live chat, but you can message people individually.  Kinda live chat ish!

If you start at "Home" and then the blue box "Latest Updates," you can get a clue who is around by the postings, and comments left in others' blogs.  We have asked Ex to create something we had on our old site which showed a list of folks active.  This new platform does not support that, but they are looking for a way to give us something similar.
