Hi all,

    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  It's time to get ready for church!!!!!!  Today we will have communion.  Now it's not much above freezing.  Spring is on the way.

      I must admit;  my worst day not smoking beats the best day smoking!!!!!!!!  That's how much better quit smoking is!!!!!  It took a while, but it's now the truth!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  It's worth it!!!!!
