Good morning sweet Sharon, yay for you, yay for me and yay for all of us Exers because we are doing it one precious smoke free day at a time.

Good morning Sharon.  I was driving home from my doctor's appointment after being diagnosed with COPD.  I said to myself, " I am not going to stop smoking."  A few minutes later another voice from within me said, "Oh I think you can do better than that."  And so the journey began.  I believe that still, small voice was the voice of God.  I am so grateful.

   I believe with you. One must listen carefully for HIS voice as God doesn't yell at us. Its only in our over busy minds, stubbornness and selfishness that we miss his voice. I heard his voice as well.

Good morning, Sharon.  I spent a lot of time on that bottom step and a couple of steps up but I am happy to say that I have not smoked in 1140 days.
