Hi all,

    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!!  Let's hope it is a good one!!!!  Good news!!!!!  The oral surgeon said my mouth is healing up fine!!!!  I go back in two weeks.  Then they are going to take another x-ray to get a closer look.

    How is everybody's quit going?  As you get time in, the urges and cravings aren't as bad.  The thoughts of smoking go away and a new life begins!!!!!  The life after nicotine is glorious!!!!!  You will come to love it!!!!!
