Thomas posted a picture earlier that was too large. I just sent him a pm. If the picture you post is too large, you can right click in it - white edit boxes will appear on the edges. If you hover over one, a double sided arrow will appear. If you drag the arrow towards the center of the picture, it will be reduced in size.
