    Happy Saturday!!!!!!  The weekend is here!!!!!  What do you have plans to do?  I may try to get a haircut.  

    As Allen Carr says in his book, wonderful things are happening.  It's so nice to have more time since we do not smoke.  Stay strong!!!!  The benefits are many!!!!  You will love it.

Morning Mike! Yes wonderful things are happening  nice thought to start the day!  Working all weekend as usual, but Church with my Girls on Sunday is  highlight.  Happy Saturday and enjoy another day without smoking.

Hi there Mike and happy weekend! In the 70's here today - just beautiful! But, cooling down overnight to 30 - with high in 50's tomorrow...oh well - I enjoyed today!
