• Once you quit you realize it is not by far as hard as it seems when you just contemplate quitting...
• The guy in the video knows it is a life or death situation; as smokers we should know it with every cigarette we light up
• He is using all the knowledge, skills, mind power he's got to get out of the life threatening situation
• And so should we when we decide to part with the smoking addiction
• The feeling of "if I have done that then I can do anything" is what we will be feeling the more days we put between us and the deadly addiction
