Where did I find the the My Quit tab?

I found the My Quit tab listed in the bar right under the EX community banner. I clicked on it and found a lovely page with a banner showing my quit date, how long quit and how many cigarettes not smoked. I really like that and wanted to thank admin for getting it on the page. So, I started to try to maneuver around to send a thank you not, and now I've lost the page! Where was I that I found it in the first place??? The tab, "My Quit Plan" on the upper right hand corner didn't lead me to the "My Quit Stats"...

My Quit Stats are available via your community profile tab.  It has quit date, years months days hours seconds and cigarettes avoided. You can also Just mouse over your username and a hovercard will appear. In lower left there's a box with ex logo on it.  

My Quit plan has your days not smoke but it is only that.
