     Happy Friday!!!!!  Looks like the weekend is here again!!!!!!  Good news on the sprained ankle.  The doctor released me as okay!!!!!  

     Yes there is life after nicotine!!!!!  And it is a great life.  We have a lot of living to catch up on!!!!  It's fun trying new things and living your dreams.  Stay with it!!!!!!  You will never regret it!!!!!
