Hi everybody,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!  And a happy Thursday it is for me!!!!! The oral surgeon's appointment went great!!!!  The bone hasn't moved and is healing as it is!!!!  I'm back at work with a 30 pound lifting limit.  They are watching to make sure it heals right.  Yea God!!!!!! Thanks for all the prayers and warm thoughts.  They were answered!!!!!!!

    Remember that no matter what you are going through, your decision is not to smoke.  We don't do that anymore.  It never helped anything and probably made things worse.  Stay with it!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!
