See the camera icon on the toolbar? The video embed is just to the right of that. There is no video icon when you write a blog, only in discussions. You get your youtube url copied and you choose embed video and paste the url and then click "add" just below the video.

I don't want to post any videos just yet, but other people are posting them and when I click on the arrow nothing happens

That was exactly what I was picturing in my mind...well, not the dinosaur.  I work in a vegetarian cafe and let me tell you, when everyone eats beans and rice...it gets pretty ripe in there.  I am going to get some of that ViPoo that is supposed to deodorize the toilet, of course they are not just in the bathrooms.
