This is the most important fight of my life right now. I plan to win. I fell off Sunday, no good reason...but i'm back on board again and already on day 5! I am realizing I must change alot of things in my daily routine to avoid some of my cravings. I'm not going to beat myself up this time, i'm on day 5 and celebrating......through the weekend w/o smoking. I'll be back claiming my week in a couple of days.
