i have been reading all the various discussions on chantix and I've come to the conclusion that maybe it's not all that effective and maybe its not all that helpful in quitting. I mean if a person really wants to quit why take an expensive medicine that only helps you to quit temporarily.

@norma I think it may be helpful for some. But everyone's experience is different. You have to do what's best for your quit.
