Hi everyone!

I am new here... I quit on 8/29/08 cold turkey and have not looked back since... I feel great about my quit although i have developed a nasty sinus infection!

But it goes get easier as time goes on... i am really starting to hate the smell of smoke!

I am 31 year old female from philly, pa!

I quit on 5 September and this week i started to feel like crap... i have ben using the patch so i don't think it is lack of nicotine. feel better today... tomorrow is my 3 week anniversary. i am noticing how people smell at work when they smoke and it hangs on their clothes... i don't want people smelling me like that ever again.

i know what you mean by the smell. I have been off for 9 days. I quit on 9-19-2008 then took avacation to Disney. Whenever i walked by the smoking areas i got sick. I t may have been the combination of cig smoke and the rides but it sure is a wake up call when it makes you feel like that.
