Today is my first day to log onto the site. I haven't even picked a day yet.
I'm a Seventh-Day-Adventist so we are very strong believers in the End Time being here now.
Nevertheless, I'm a fairly new Adventist and if you know anything about the people, you know that they are all extremely healthy--no longest living people on the earth. So, neither do I need to tell you that my smoking is just not acceptable in the church. And I know what our Lord says about our bodies too, I'm very knowlegable in God's word. That still does not make it easier to throw them away. I'm always feeling so ashamed of myself.

Many have a lot of idle time and nervous energy. This group might show them how to spend some of the time in an area they might not have thought about unless it was here to look at.
I look forward to any comments you might have on the videos and posts we bring into the group. This group is not about religion but just about a relationship with God through reading the bible and see how it can relate to our current situations and how we should be preparing for a very special time.
We are so lucky to be living now. I hope this are can be of help to your smoke free journey. I also have other groups that are more established here that you might also consider to help you.
