The way they make you feel...

Bob had a point. We smoke cigarettes to calm our nerves, cool us down, and help us chill out when we are stressed, but consider this... When you smoke, it raises your blood pressure, your heart rate, and your respirations. Is this any way to calm down? The chemicals in cigarettes alone cause a massive amount of stress on your system, and cause your body to react negatively. This is not calming, this is detrimental. I have managed to quit a few times, and felt FREAKING AWESOME. As soon as I gave in, and that first drag entered my body, I felt the nausea, the racing heart, the headache...the disgusting, poisonous rush your body receives after that first hit. If we are stressed, wouldn't you think being good to our bodies would help us even more? Instead we give up, and we smoke them. Stress kills you as it is, do we really have to help it along??

NO MORE SUICIDE folks.... we have long lives to live, and smoking shouldn't be a part of it!!!
