Alright! I was glad to see this group. I'm 4 days smoke free but also decided to cut out soda, junk food, and red meat (cut down red meat, can't give up burgers and steaks). WIth the energy I've had from eating well and the money I'll save this week in cigarettes, I bought a bike and signed up for the gym. I find all 3 go hand in hand. Once I stopped smoking, more incentive to eat right. Since I'm eating right and not smoking, I might as well excercise right? I'm starting at 223lbs, let's start a contest!
