Nausea ...

HELP>>> this feels aweful and I know that it would be worse if I lit up, but, how long does it take to go away? I've been quit for 7 days now (my seventh today) and the nausea has really set in the last couple of days. Does anyone else have this problem? I may have tried to short-cut the Quit this time by skipping right to stage 3 of the patches or nothing at all. I try to go without anything ... especially after about 5 in the evening until after my morning shower. Then, I put the 7mg patch on for about 12 hours.

Hi there April-

My first week I went though all sorts of withdrawl symptoms. I was always feeling like I was going to be sick and throw up, but after about 11 days, that feeling went away completely. The patches for sure were the cause of making me sick. When I stopped using them, that went away.

The gum has been my savior. I love it and it doesnt give me nasea.

Just know the symptoms are temporary, I had them all!

Thanks for the encouragement! I think I'm going to just stop using the patch (and go cold turkey). I'm looking forward to day 11! 🙂
