Well since I stopped smoking I have been able to get my wind back and damn that feels good. Why did I start that dumb habit anywayz. I on sparks which is an online guide to staying fit with workout routine and meal plans all kinds of cool stuff and its free!!
My husband and I go to the gym do cardio and strength training.or Im at home doing great workout dvd.. what can I say I know that my body is loving it and now I have to figure out a way of having a soild routine because I have missed repeatative days any tips???????
