meditation 30-60 minutes
100 crunches
25 push ups
Today so far I have walked a half mile and done 50 crunches.
Will anyone join me?

On my period so I am waling a little bit today , no major crunches or bending. Hope someone joins

Even though I had cramps I took som ibuprophen and waled my half mile laps around our acre, I go 275 steps per lap and take ten laps, I use my counting beads I made and I just do meditative walking, My blue heeler does the laps too 🙂
Good day, I promised my self that I would do at least one on my list. And I have an exercise buddy who is encouraging me ,someone to be accountable with/together. It's really cool.
I hope you write if you need a buddy, or find one. Exercise is so important .

Walked 1/2 mile in the light rain, it was awesome outside. thinking about taking my yoga mat out into the yard>
Have a wonderful day. I know I can do at least one thing a day, I am getting my car fixed soon and I'll be able to go swimming.
that will be extra cool.

Walked a half mile brislky
did 20 minutes of Yoga
and 50 crunches. I feel good about that.
Wish I could do 100 crunches, pushed it to 50 sbut it's a start.

Half mile walk
had alot of cleaning to do
I am making lefse today (thinnly rolled potatoe bread)
the first day I peel and cut 6 baking potatoes and cook them, when they are done they get riced and butter and salt added. The next day I get out the corogated rolling pin , turning sticks , and grill. I add some flour to make the dough and rollthem out and fry them (no oil) It takes about 4 hours total to accomplish this over 2 days, we live on it almost,
I don't know about yoga today, maybe, it's only 20 minutes, I will do my crunches right now

Hiked 45 minutes in the hills with mo and the dogs
yoga 20 minutes, would like to get up to an hour and add meditation, gotta keep pushing more, I deser the tme to work out

I did real good today, I hope I can do as well tomorrow
