Hi Everyone, I'm at my 8th day today. I can't afford the weight gain as I want to run a 5K next year. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I was so ready to quit that my determination has surpassed anything that has come my way so far, but the first week all I did was eat.
Now I need to go back to normal and use exercise as my alternative.

I am also in the early stages of quit and just got some good advice that the easiest and most effective, until your lungs heel, is walking. Free, and no equipment besides shoes needed.
You are doing great, keep it going.
