Have faith in yourself. You can do this. It may not be an easy thing. That's because you are trying to break a bad habit that you've probably had for a very long time. It's a mind set. Change your routine up a bit so you don't fall into the same routine that you had before. Start small. If you use to smoke in the car. Start with that. Quit smoking in the car.
