Just Joined... No quit date yet

Hello all! I just joined and am interested in any info... currently looking at the triggers and making lists of what I can do to avoid them. The big one for me? Driving. I need to learn to disassociate driving with smoking. I do not have a quit date yet, but am interested in a buddy! This site is amazing! Thanks!

Hi, I'v been on this site since Sept of this year. I myself am just starting over with the help of these amazing people. A site that helped me alot was WhyQuit .com and also Quitsmokingonline.com. Lots of info and stories as well as tips. Check them out and let me know what you think. Hollar at me if I can be of any help.
