So im on day 4...

and im feeling great, its been hell getting here but i hope that when i wake up in the morning i'll feel even better then i did today. i actually ran today without coughing which really surprised me. i have no more headaches, pains, coughing, weezing, dragging to get up in the morning. although i am a little sleepless from the mt. dew ive been drinking but i expected that.

Running is a great idea- it sounds like it really reinforced you that day! FYI, i know that pushing myself while running really helped me to alleviate cravings when i quit- i think that is just kills them a little or something, i don't know, but i felt so calm on days i could run a few miles when i first started. ( i couldn't run like that when i smoked- im up to a good four miles now, every few days).

plus it sounds like you are over the initial hump- just keep that momentum going- and stay on your game!
