Hello tommrow it will be 1 month cigarett free!

Hi I'm totally new to this site.I quit smoking on june 4th I tried to join then but as it turns out the puter is 1 of my biggest triggers so here I am now.I think this site is awesome and so far I love it.I have been using the patch I started with the inhaler thingys and hated them but,for me the patches help so much!

I quit with the patch too. I've been off of it for about a week now. I'm a little tired, but I can breath now!! Welcome to the site. I know what you mean about the computer being a trigger! Congratulations on your quit.
