Give and get support around quitting

Angelquit

I quit mostly to see my grandchildren grow up and for myself. I was s big time closet smoker and didn't even have a name for what I was doing. CLoset smoker says it all. Angelquit - Free and Healing for Three Months, Eight Days, 22 Hours and 19 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 7 Days, by avoiding the use of 2019 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $375.00. Even though it has been 100 days, there are still days that the craves are bad, especially if I stress. But I just keep plugging away and am determined not to go back. Victory Will Be Mine!

Photobucket...Grandchildren are the best - and your health is so important. Thank you for sharing your story, Angel. And congratulations on 100 days smoke free, too! How awesome is that?
