My name is Gail I am 28 years old and have been smoking for almost 20 years. I am wanting to quit and dont know how to go about it. I have attempted to quit a lot of times but have not been successful. I have tried cold turkey and nicotine patches and pills. And none of them have worked. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
