I have made it 7 days without smoking. My spouse is still smoking also. We never seem to try and quit at the same time. Only ever happened once in 18 years, then our dog died. We got her when she was a puppy right after we got married. We both started smoking again. I hope he will also jump on the bandwagon.

It is harder when other people are smoking around you. My husband is pretty good about going outside to smoke and that helps. Would your husband be willing to do that? Monday will be 3 weeks for me now!
