starting over AGAIN!

I'm quitting at midnight tonight! I'm almost finished with the Allen Carr book. When I'm done I am going to immediately start at chapter one and do it all over again! This is a tough commitment, but I am going to shock everyone and follow through with quitting this time!!!

Allen Carr is totally awesome. He looks at this as a battle of our minds, which is exactly what it its!! Attitude has everything to do with being successful or at least making it a little bit easier!! dgs, when you do stop again, if you haven't already, keep the thought in your mind, "Smoking is not an option," every time you get a crave. It has worked wonders for me. I'm on day 23 and I have no thoughts of wanting to smoke!!
