I am getting lots of little surprises now that I no longer smoke such as being surprised in the supermaket when the lady tells me that my shopping has only amounted to X amount and I think wow that is cheap? And waking up in the morning being able to feel air go into my lungs and it feels so lovely Or someone asking me for a light and without thinking about it just telling them that I don't smoke and then feeling pleased with myself as it is another reminder of how well i am doing everytime I need to tell someone. Has anyone else noticed any benefits that they particularly like?
Hahaha, today I found myself queuing up in the 1 (long queued) aisle that sells cigarettes... I thought ha - what am I doing here and then went and got into the shorter aisle... Funny how subconscious this addiction is I had not even thought of cigarettes all day!
