I can't believe I have made it this long!! The craves have gotten alot easier to deal with, I listen to them and then tell them they are no longer welcome and it is time to leave! I also know without a doubt that I wouldn't have made it without all of your support. So I'm sending everyone ((((huggs)))) and a HUGE THANKS!!
